社員が家族に対する責任を充分に果たすことが出来るよう、配慮しなければならない。
社員が提案、苦情を自由に出来る環境でなければならない。
能力ある人々には、雇用、能力開発および昇進の機会が平等に与えなければならない。
我々は有能で倫理観の強い管理者を任命しなければならない。
そして、その行動は公正、かつ道理にかなったものでなければならない。
我々の第三の責任は、我々が生活し、働いている地域社会に対するものである。
更には全世界の共同社会に対するものである。
我々は良き市民として、有益な社会事業および福祉に貢献し、適切な租税を負担しなければならない。
我々は社会の発展、教育の改善に寄与する活動に参画しなければならない。
我々の第四の、そして最後の責任は、会社の株主に対するものである。
事業は健全な利益を生まなければならない。
新しいサービスの企画は、継続され、市場に導入されなければならない。失敗は償われなければならない。
逆境のときに備えて蓄積をしなければならない。
これらのすべての原則が実行されて初めて、株主は正当な報酬を享受することが出来るものと確信する。
1. Our prime responsibility is to all our customers subscribing to our services.
All activities must be performed with high quality and must meet the needs of our customers.
We must satisfy customer’s demand quickly and correctry.
2. Our second responsibility is to all teachers, people who work with us all over the world.
Every employee must be regarded as individuals with value and dignity.
The employee must be able to engage in work in peace.
Their treatment must be tampered with fairness and justice.
We must keep our working place to be clean ,arranged and safe.
We must be concerned in allowing them fulfill their responsibilities to their families.
We must guarantee an open environment in which employees can discuss with management.
We must give opportunity for development of their ability and job promotions to certain teachers.
We must choose a manager whose ability is over average and whose ethics and morality are unimpeachable.
And we must choose a manager who shall act fairly and reasonably.
3. Our third responsibility is to the community in which we live and work and also to the whole world.
We contribute to meaningful social work and welfare work, as this is the foremost responsibility of a good citizen.
We must diligently pay the appropriate tax.
We must participate in activities as our contribution to social development and improvement of the education.
4. Our fourth and last responsibility is to the stockholders of the company.
The business must produce healthy and viable profit.
We must continue planning of new services and must introduce them promptly to the market.
The any failure in our activities must be compensated.
We must set aside part of our profit for adverse and untoward circumstances.
We believe that the stockholders can enjoy fair rewards only after all these principles are carried out.
