I came from the alluring and captivating place of Tabango Leyte. If you wanna know the history of our place then here it is, ‘’THE TOWN OF TABANGO”, Tabango was originally a barrio named Tanday. Most of its inhabitants lived near the seashore. One day a man living the barrio went to catch some crabs as swamps surrounded the places and crabs were abundant. Although he was an expert in catching crabs, he was accidentally bitten by a big one. A Spanish soldier happened to be near the place where the man was, so he came near and asked for a name of the place. The man bitten by crab looked up and saw the soldier, feeling the pain caused by the bite of the crab and he cried, “TABANG MO!” which means help me. The soldier thinking it was the name of the place said. “AH TABANGO!” the soldier repeated the word TABANGO to his superiors and from that time on, the settlement was called Tabango, when the barrio was created a municipality, it retained its name. My dad, is a Civil Engineer, woking in the government for almost 21 years now. My mom whom I considered as my bestfriend too is a Public Elementary Teacher for 20 years already. I totally salute her when it comes to taking care of us. I have two brave brothers one working abroad as Seafarer and the other is now in his Grade six in elementary and I also have two little cute sisters. I love my family very much, that is why I need to work not hardly but smartly in order to have more done in a less time. I want to help my parents in raising my little siblings.

私はTabangoLeyteというとても素晴らしい魅力あふれる地域の出身です。もしこの場所についての歴史を知りたい場合、これを読んでみてください。 「THE TOWN OF TABANGO」 Tabangoは元々Tandayという名前の区域でした。この地域の人々の多くは、海岸の近くに住んでいました。 湿地が町を囲み、カニが豊富だったので、ある日そこに住むある男性がカニを捕まえに行きました。 彼は達人でしたが、偶然大きなカニに噛まれてしまいました。 その時偶然近くにいたスペインの兵士が、彼の近くに来て地名を聞きました。カニに噛まれた男性は見上げてカニにかまれた苦痛を感じて泣きながら、「TABANG　MO！（助けて！）」と言いました。すると兵士はそれが地名だと思ってしまったのです。 「AH TABANGO!」 と、兵士は彼の上官へTABANGOという言葉を繰り返しました。そしてその時以来、その場所はTabangoと呼ばれました。その後も地方自治体はその名前を保持しました。 私の父は、21年間政府で働いている土木技師です。 私が親友だと思っている母も、20年間も公立学校の教師として働いています。 私は、家族の世話という面で、母に頭があがりません。私には船乗りとして外国へ働いている兄が１人います。また、弟は今、小学校６年生です。さらに、私には2人の小さなかわいい妹たちがいます。 私は家族がとっても好きです。このため私は、時間を有効活用し、小さな弟と妹たちを育てることで両親を手伝いたいと思います。

I am a Nurse but being a Nurse I am a very flexible person that is why I’m here now in the field of teaching. My experience as a student nurse before as I dealt with different type of persons gave me insights on how to deliver lessons effectively to the students of different levels. Most importantly my mother whom I admired most taught me teaching strategies and I was able to enhance further my interpersonal and communications skills. Based on the afformentioned statements, I can now value the essence of being creative teacher where I should apply ‘’learning while having fun’’. For a teacher like me, it is indeed important to value each student and teach them to the best that a teacher can give. For me a friendly relationship between the teacher and student is indeed very important, in that way success of teaching will follow.

私は看護師です。しかし、同時に私は広い意味で「教える」という立場の人間であるからこそ、柔軟な心を持ってここにいるのかもしれません。 看護学生としての私の経験では、様々な人々との触れ合いがあったので、より効率よく教えるための洞察力を与えてくれました。そして何より、私の母は、私にたくさんの教育を与えてくれました。そうして、私は人と人との間およびコミュニケーション能力をさらに磨くことができました。 私は、今「学ぶことはたのしいこと」という理念の下に、クリエイティブな先生でいられる、と自負しています。 私のような教師にとって、各学生を評価し、教師が与えることができることの最善を尽くしながら教えることはとても重要です。 私にとって、教師と生徒がフレンドリーな関係でいることは、教えることが成功する、という点でもとっても大事なことだと思っています。

I remember the days together with my family. We always watch movie together and our favorite is “”TOM and JERRY”. While watching this movie we always laugh out loud, it’s a very funny movie, very awesome!! Wooh!.I am a type of person who keeps on smiling even if I am engulfed in a very difficult problem. Whenever I’m alone and I’m sad i will just remember this movie, then thereafter, without my knowledge I already bear a smile with me.

テレビというと、家族と一緒に見ていたときの事をよく思い出します。 私たちはたいてい、私たちが大好きな映画の「TOMとJERRY」も、よく見ました。 本当におかしくて面白くて、大好きな映画です！ 私は、どんな困難があっても笑顔を絶やさないタイプの人間です。私がいつか悲しいことがある時は、この映画をちょうど思い出すでしょう。何の理由もなく、これを見れば笑ってしまいます。

I have with me my GENERAL GOAL and SPECIFIC GOALS as an English Teacher. My GENERAL GOAL is that in every lesson I have my student will gain KNOWLEDGE, develop pleasing ATTITUDE and enhance SKILLS particularly good communication skills. My SPECIFIC GOALS are the following: • I and my student will build friendly relationship. • My student will be encouraged to study english more. • My student will be confident on his english. • My student will be able to participate during the lesson and will not hesitate to ask questions. • My student will be able to apply on his daily living the knowledge that he or she gained from me. • Lastly, my student will be satisfied with the teaching service he or she recieved from me.

私は英語の先生としての「大きな目標」と「特別な目標」を持っています。 私の大きな目標は、私が教えるすべてのレッスンで、私の生徒様が知識を得て、楽しんでくれて、英会話の技術をさらに磨く、ということです。 私の特別な目標は下記のとおりです: ・生徒さまと仲良くなる。 ・英語を学ぶ生徒さまを応援し続ける。 ・生徒さまは英語に自信がつく。 ・生徒さまは、分からないことは、どんどん質問する。 ・レッスンで得た知識を、新聞でも理解できるかもしれません。 ・私のレッスンに大満足してくれる。

The main office of my brother working abroad as seafarer is located in Japan. Indeed he has a lot of Japanese friends. My brother told me that Japan is a very nice place and Japanese people are very Hospitable and hardworking persons. My brother promised me that he will soon bring me to Japan and we will make a tour there. I’m so excited on that!! For now I’m preparing myself learning Japanese language though its hard to learn Japanese language but still I will work hard on it. I wanna make a lot of friends from Japan too, like what my brother have.

船乗りとして外国へ働く私の兄の会社は日本にあります。 彼には多くの日本人の友達がいます。私の兄は、日本が非常によい場所である、また、日本の人々は非常にあたたかく、努力家だと教えてくれました。 私の兄は、すぐに私を日本へ連れて行くよと私に約束しました。私たちはいつか日本に行くと思います。ですから、とても楽しみなのです。 今は、その準備として私は日本語の学習をしようとしていますが、少し難しいと思ってもいます。 兄のように、私も日本多くの友達をまた作りたいです。
