I was born and raised in a small town of the Southern part of Cebu, Samboan. I have 4 beautiful sisters but no brother. I am the fourth of our family. I am married and I have an eight year old son.

私はセブの南に位置する小さな町で生まれ育ちました。４人の美人姉妹がいますが、兄弟はいません。私は姉妹の中では４番目です。結婚していて、こどもは８歳になる男の子がいます。

For me, “Teaching is not just a profession but a mission.” As teaching need certain knowledge and skills but apart from these skills and knowledge it also required a loving heart. Loving, in the sense that I’m touching every student lives for the cause and for the future as they are on the process of connecting the world by learning English language properly.

私にとって教えることは、単なる職業ではなく、ある意味使命だと思っています。それはティーチングが、知識やスキルだけでなく、愛情を持った心が必要だと考えているからです。 愛すること－その意味では、英語をきちんと学ぶことで世界にはばたくための一歩一歩を進めている生徒の皆様の人生に関わっているのだと感じます。

I love watching cartoon network and fairy tales because I’m a kid at heart and I love happy endings. It is my way of coping stress and escaping from the reality of the world.

私の心は子供のままで、ハッピーエンドが好きなので、アニメやおとぎ話を見るのが大好きです。私の、現実のストレスから解放される方法です。

To inspire students to keep learning. It’s fulfilling in my part to hear my students say they’ve learned something from me.

生徒の皆様の学びを絶やさないよう、やる気を引き出させることです。皆様が私から何かを学び取ってくれたと耳にしたとき、本当に心から満たされます。

I studied Japanese culture, language and writing for one year because it was part of our curriculum in college. It was hard but challenging because it pushed me to study harder for me to learn. I’ve learned that Japan is one of the richest countries in the world and Japanese are hardworking and very respectful.

大学の授業で日本語や日本文化、文字について１年間学びました。とても難しかったですが、より一生懸命勉強するようになり、いい挑戦になったと思っています。日本は世界でもとても豊かな国のひとつであり、日本人はとても努力家で、人を敬うと学びました。
