Even though I was born in the City of Cebu but I most of the time spent my younger days in one of the most beautiful and biggest municipality of Cebu and that’s in Argao, Cebu. My hometown is a bit far from the city of around 60 kilometers away from the civilization of the province. But though it’s like that, I’m proud to say that it has been one of the tourist spots that most of the time visited by several tourists since it has a lot of white sand beaches, historical places such as the most historical one, the St. Michael’s Parish of which was built during the Spanish Colonial time and a lot more interesting places. This place has a lot of stories or myths that has been passed down to the latest generations by our ancestors but until now I’m still wondering if those stories were truly existed before or if until now they exist. But, there’s nothing wrong to believe in such stories though, it’s actually one of the things that makes this place an interesting one to visit. As the usual hometown is, Argao has a lot of plants or trees that makes its air so refreshing to breathe in along with the cool breeze of the seas which very far from the pollution in city. You can be healthier and your life will be prolonged if you live in such clean and green place.

With regards to the students I’ve been able to render my services with, I really had a great time enjoying my self talking to them and happy to share them ideas about life. Likewise I’m also being educated of the several things about their cultures and language. Up to this time so far, I did not come across into troubles in dealing with them because they are trouble-free and fun to get along with. They seem to be very friendly and welcomed to me, of which one of the aspects of an Asian to be proud of. They are so open-minded about the things they are willing to talk and learn at the same time. They showed responsiveness, willingness and eagerness to study and learn more about the language of English. I’m very much excited and comfortable every time I have a class schedule with my students because they themselves are one of the individuals to be inspired of and it seems there’s something lacking of me when I don’t have the time to have a class with them. I can say I’m much lucky to have students like them because they’re the kinds that tell me what the things they would like to learn about during our sessions of class and I think its one thing that lessens the burden on the part of the teacher because we’ll be given an idea on things we’re going to teach them. It’s one thing also that saves time and utilizes most of the time to a more productive session of teaching and learning. Some of my students want to read stories, some would like to play games and some would like to sing. This way, they are able to learn at the same time they’re having fun of what we are doing and not getting bored. Boredom is really one of the things you have to avoid of during your sessions. You must find ways how to get the attention and interest of your students so that your good relationship as mentor-student will lasts. I’m just so thankful that I’m part of this company because I would be able to share the other side of my self as a communicator/speaker/mentor of which way far from my field of study that I’m a graduate of. The experience I had before as an English teacher really helped me to easily adjust in the new environment I’m taking in right now because I already have the idea on handling stuffs like this. I also had one realization that if you are very determine and love your work as it is a part in you, you will not be having difficulty in dealing with it and solving several problems that may arise during time of work. At the beginning, I would try to figure out first of what kind of personality my students have. It’s like getting to know them first before we’ll going to have our actual classes so that I would be able to assess on how to deal with them and to be able to plan on the things that I have to teach them.

When it comes to TV shows, I have lots of favorites. Some of which is, I enjoyed watching Discovery Channel because I will get to learn and discover new things that I haven’t heard before. There’s a lot of information that this channel has in stored for its viewers. I’m also fond of watching shows relating to businesses and be an entrepreneur especially on the field of cooking since this is one field I’m interested of.

Everybody dreamt to be the best person they could be. Likewise I dream the same thing too, to be a successful individual in every endeavor that I may get to enter in. I’m really hoping that someday I’ll be able to render a service that is in line with the course of study I’m finished at so that my learning won’t be wasted. But still I’m considering English teaching as one of my professions since I can have it both at the same time as long as you know how to budget your time.

Most of us know that Japan is one of the richest and most innovative countries in Asia. It has been technologically advance compared with the other countries in the world. I think that one of the great aspects of Japanese people is their value or nature of humility in spite of the achievements and prestige they’ve already gained. They are very much easy to get a long with; in short they’re very friendly and courteous. Japanese are very productive and hard working because they’re able to manage their businesses very well, that’s why they are very successful. Japan has good leaders and these leaders are much disciplined and have the strong will to really achieve what they aspire and aim to achieve.
